β Follow-Up Calls to Maintain Client Engagement β Nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
β Script Development and Customization for Effectiveness β Use and refine call scripts for improved engagement.
β Researching Potential Clients and Continuously Updating Lead Lists β Keep lead databases accurate and up to date.
β CRM Management and Accurate Data Entry β Log interactions and track progress efficiently.
β Daily or Weekly Performance and Progress Reporting β Provide insights on call results and appointment metrics.
β Collaboration with the Sales Team for Strategy Optimization β Align outreach strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
πΉ Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Sales Representative, or Appointment Setter.
